What makes you different from a hotel?

Mare e Vita Village is composed of comfortable holiday homes.
We have created a unique and innovative formula compared to traditional hotels, which allows you to choose only the services you really need.
With our freedom formula, you always have our restaurant service included, while you can decide whether to benefit from the room cleaning service or do it yourself with our kit. You can also decide whether to use our linen or your own.
Our fine, sandy beach is waiting for you just a few steps away, so you can just leave your car in our large parking lot for your entire vacation.

What does "independent room management" mean?

It means that when you arrive, you will find your room clean and sanitized. Inside, there will be a kit that allows you to clean the room by yourself, complete with broom, bucket, rags and products.
We also give you the opportunity to save even more money by bringing your own bed linen (sheets and pillowcase) and towels from home - linen is included in the All-Inclusive board basis.
If you prefer to make use of our linens and benefit from our daily cleaning service, you can upgrade your stay with these and other services and create your customized vacation.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in and check-out times are designed to allow for thorough cleaning of the rooms by our staff.
We guarantee that your room will be available from 3:00 p.m. You must vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
We are telling you these times in advance to give you the opportunity to plan your entire trip, so that you do not experience long waiting times.
If you arrive before 3:00 p.m., you will be able to start enjoying the beach, the common areas and the dining room: we will make sure that your room will be ready as soon as possible.
To avoid additional delays and start your vacation right away, we recommend that you fill out the online check-in form before your arrival. You will find it on the WebApp that we will provide at the time of booking.

Are you close to the beach?

Literally in front! Just cross the road and the pine forest to get to the beautiful beach of Pinarella di Cervia.
On the way, we suggest you stop for a moment among the green pines, look up and breathe deeply: it is a pleasant morning ritual, and the lucky ones may spot a shy squirrel or a singing hoopoe.

Is there entertainment?

Of course! Our Team will offer you a diverse and exciting program: during the day we will play on the beach, and in the evening, we will laugh together at the village.
Fun is guaranteed for all ages, with special attention to children.

Is there air conditioning?

No, but the large windows, the thermal insulation of the building and the fans provided in each room will allow you to have a pleasant stay.

Is there a swimming pool?

The greatest pool there is: the sea!
We are on the front line, and our beach - which has been awarded the Blue Flag for over 20 years - is ready to welcome you.
For those who just can't do without it, the municipal swimming pool is only 1,500 meters away and can be reached by a pleasant walk through the pine forest.

Is there a refrigerator in the room?

We provide a refrigerator managed by us at the reception desk, to store food for the little ones and medicines.

Is the Wi-Fi service free?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas of our village.

Is parking available?

Mare e Vita Village has a large free parking lot. Access is subject to availability.
If you want to make sure you have a spot for the entire time of your vacation, you can reserve one of our dedicated parking spaces.

Is there a hair dryer in the room?

There is no hair dryer in the rooms, so you need to bring it from home.
If you forget it, no problem, we will gladly lend you one of ours without charge.

Do you accept pets?

Small pets are welcome, both in the room and in the common areas, with the exception of the dining room.

Where can I wash and hang out my clothes?

We have a professional self-service laundry available for guests, where you can wash, dry and hang out your laundry every day.

How does the self-service restaurant work?

It's super simple: take a tray, choose what you like from the various options, sit wherever you like, and enjoy different dishes every time.
The advantages are many: you don't have to choose a dish from the menu the days before, you can arrive whenever you want within the opening hours and let your senses guide you as you choose what you want to eat.
Water and wine are included.

What if I have special dietary needs?

Let us know of any food intolerances or allergies: our staff will try to have the best attention possible.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant?

Mealtimes are as follows: breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., dinner from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Our buffet is constantly replenished.

If we arrive in the morning, can we have lunch at the restaurant?

Our packages include lunch on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure.
If you want to go on trips during your stay, let us know the day before and we will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you.

Is it possible to ask for seconds at the restaurant?

Yes, there is free access to the buffet and you can serve yourself with no limits.
It is possible that a single dish is in high demand and there may not be enough for everyone: in that case, we will propose excellent alternatives for your seconds.

Are high chairs available at the restaurant?

Yes, our hotel offers free high chairs at mealtimes, for the safety of babies and the tranquility of parents.

Yes, Mare e Vita Village has a playroom with games for the little ones inside and an outside playground with games and swings.

Is children's entertainment provided?

Yes, and not only that: we do not place any limits on the age of the participants; after all, one can remain a bit of a child at heart, at any age.

Is your accommodation comfortable and spacious for parents and children?

The common areas are large and comfortable, so children can play both inside the facility and in the garden.
Furthermore, the rooms are large, allowing them to be occupied by large families.
